RETURN POLICY

Domestic returns must be received within 10 days of your order delivery date for a refund or exchange. Frances Fields Home does not cover shipping costs on returns or exchanges. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Returned merchandise must be returned unwashed, unused and in their original unfolded condition, in the original packaging received. Please include the packing slip in your return package.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of use or do not meet the above criteria.  Customer must pay additional shipping costs to have refused returns shipped back.

 A refund will be processed within 2 business days of receipt and refund you using your original method of payment. Please note that due to credit card processing times, your refund may take a few days to post to your account.
