Shipping Policy

Ordering and Shipping
All orders are proecessed & shipped UPS Ground Shipping or USPS within 1-3 business days of receipt. 

Expedited shipping is available & must be selected at the time of checkout for an additional cost.  All orders placed after 2 PM are not eligible for next day delivery.  Expedited delivery does not deliver on weekends.

Upon placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  A shipment confirmation will be sent with your tracking number once we have created your shipping label.

Delivery Date Notice
We are unable to guarantee the delivery timelines of our carriers.  Delays due to weather or high volume during the holiday season are beyond our control.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ship all items to a secure location.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist in contacting the carrier.  You may send us an email to hello@francesfieldshome.com (please include your order number).

Return Shipping
Shipping costs are not refundable.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Please see our return policy for additional return information.
